This type of massage is used for chronic aches and pains throughout the body including neck pain + stiffness, shoulder soreness, back pain, leg muscle tightness.
Conditions that can benefit from Deep Tissue Massage treatments include: back or neck pain, limited mobility, recovery from injuries, sciatica, fibromyalgia, muscle tension, and more.
After a Deep Tissue Massage, you may feel stiffness or soreness. Drink plenty of water after your session to help flush the metabolic waste from the tissues.
